Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date as verified by the postal carrier. To qualify, items must arrive in unused, original condition with no signs of wear. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the product total minus the original shipping charges. Funds will be returned to your original form of payment.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on personalized products, clearance, or anything clearly marked as “FINAL SALE.”
If you receive an item with a defect, simply send us a photo of the issue. We will replace defective products within 14 days of the delivery date as confirmed by the postal carrier. After the 14-day window has passed, we’re unable to issue replacements or refunds for the item.
