Shipping policy

Many of our products are made to order, and we put a great deal of time, care, and detail into every item we create. Because of this, processing times may vary depending on current order volume. Most orders are prepared and shipped within 5–7 business days, but during busy seasons, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its delivery.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses or carrier errors.

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you.
